Bio-retinol: Retinol acetate (Vitamin A) is the fatty acid ester form of retinol which shares the same biological function.

Adults (18yo+): Take 4 tablets daily. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.
If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

Contains sulfites and phenylalanine. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from allsources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micgrograms retinol equivalents for men.
Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
