For intestinal/gastrointestinal and general health:
Adults – Take 4 g powder (1 sachet) once a day, or as professionally prescribed.
For IBS symptoms and bowel regularity:
Adults – Take 8 g powder (2 sachets) once a day, or as professionally prescribed.
Empty sachet(s) contents into a glass and add water or other cold beverage and mix. Drink when dissolved.
