Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food to supplement iron or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Caution

Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5) 4mg

Folic Acid 95micrograms
Calcium ascorbate dihydrate (Ascorbic Acid 100mg) 121mg
Iron (from Iron II glycinate) 5mg.
