Adults – Take 1 tablet a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Children under 18 years old – Only as professionally prescribed.
WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6). Always read the label and follow the directions for use
Supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) supplements may change urine colour to bright yellow. This is harmless and temporary
