For general health and wellbeing:
Adults – Take 3 capsules once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.
For skin and as an anti-inflammatory:
Adults – Take 7 capsules per day or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.
For healthy growth and development:
Children 3+ - Pierce and squeeze 2 capsules once a day into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately, or as professionally prescribed.
