Blackmores Curcumin Active +Boswellia combines Longvida®, a bioavailable (easily absorbed) form of curcumin, the active component of turmeric, plus boswellia, a plant based anti-inflammatory. The dual action formula relieves inflammation and reduces mild joint pain. It can be taken every day and in conjunction with glucosamine and chondroitin.
