*Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine, the formulation includes glucosamine and white willow to reduce mild joint aches & soreness. Ingredients also include California poppy and hops to calm the mind, decrease sleeplessness & the time to fall asleep, and maintain a refreshing sleep.

Adults: Take 1 tablet at dinner time and 1 tablet half an hour before bedtime or as advised by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns.

Warnings: Derived from seafood. Contains crustacean products, phenylalanine, sodium, soya bean products, sugars and sulfites. The recommended daily dose of this medicine contains 384.76mg of sodium. If symptoms persist talk to your healthcare professional. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
Each Film Coated Tablet Contains: Eschscholzia californica (California poppy) herb fl. Ext dry conc 83.33mg, equiv. to herb fl. Dry 500mg; Glucosamine sulfate sodium chloride 942.07mg. Equiv. to glucosamine sulfate 750mg; Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit ext. dry conc 100mg, equiv. to fruit dry 500mg; Salix alba (White willow) stem bark ext. dry conc std 150mg, equiv. to stem bark dry 15g (min), equiv. to salicin 120mg.
