Triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic healing tonic blend of 3 fruits; Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhtaki. Traditionally used for Rasayana (rejuvenation) and as a digestive and detoxification tonic.
WHY SHOULD I TAKE BIOGLAN TRIPHALA ?
Traditionally used in Ayuvedic medicine to help:
- Relieve constipation
- Relieve symptoms of indigestion
- Relieve mild abdominal pain and flatulence
- Rejuvenation
- Relieve heartburn associated with non-specific indigestion
Triphala is also traditionally used as a detoxifying and digestive tonic to aid digestion and promote a healthy digestive system.
WHEN SHOULD I TAKE BIOGLAN TRIPHALA?
Bioglan Triphala is a unique herbal supplement that provides the digestive benefits of this ancient formula in a one a day dose, most commonly taken in the evening before bed.
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily.
If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Drink plenty of water. Not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
