Directions

Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril 3 times daily.
Before first use, pump the spray until a squirt of oil is seen. Insert tip of pump gently in nostril and pump 1 to 3 times while gently inhaling. Repeat in other nostril. Gently pinch the nostrils together.

Precautions

For use by one person only.
If symptoms persist, see your doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if outer packaging is open or torn. See enclosed leaflet for more detailed information.
