Thank you for purchasing a product from us, Galluzzo’s Pharmacy. We care about the health and wellbeing of our patients. No matter how personal in nature a product may be, we provide a secure and private shopping experience for all products purchased from our pharmacy, and we do not store your credit card information when purchasing from the Website
How to Order
To order, visit the product page for the product you want to order, and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Once you are ready to purchase, click on Checkout.
Payment Options
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is no surcharge for Visa or Mastercard transactions charged by Galluzzo’s Pharmacy by making a purchase through the Website. PayPal may also collect, store and use your personal information obtained using the Website in accordance with its own privacy policy.
When purchasing through the Website please ensure you provide:
that your credit card bank has on file for you.
Providing incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Your credit card will be billed as soon as your order is placed. This is done to protect the security of your credit card details, as Galluzzo’s Pharmacy do not store your card details at any point (although we note that you credit card details may be stored by our payment gateway provider, PayPal).
In the event that we cannot fulfil your order or some items cannot be shipped, we will refund the difference back to your credit card. These refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Gift cards terms of use: Gift cards issued by Galluzzo’s Pharmacy cannot be used to make purchases through the Website. Valid gift cards may still be used to make purchases at any Galluzzo’s Pharmacy store.
Getting Order Status
After ordering through the Website, you will receive an email confirmation from Galluzzo’s Pharmacy that your order has been processed and has been shipped. However, on account of the nature of the internet we cannot guarantee receipt. Please add the Galluzzo’s Pharmacy email address in your contact address book to ensure emails are not sent to junk mail or blocked by your fire wall.
Shipping and Delivery
Deliver options are the following:
Our delivery timeframe of 1 - 4 working days from the date that the order has been picked up by the courier, not from the time the order was placed. Once the order has left our premises we have no control over the delivery time.
You acknowledge and agree that any person at the delivery address who receives the products is authorised by you to receive your order. In the event that someone is not available to collect your order at the time that it is delivered, delivery instructions will be left on how you can collect your order.
If for any reason we do not have a product in-stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product, or if your order needs to be cancelled.
Product Enquiries

Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you have purchased online, provided the purchase was made within the last 30 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return.
You will need to contact us by phone on 02 9534 2000 (Select option 1 for office and accounts) or by email at info@galluzzoschemist.com.au . You cannot return products that state they are non-returnable on the Website unless it has been damaged during the delivery or the wrong product has been delivered. If you have changed your mind about a product, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit note. However, return of your product to us is at your own cost. Please contact us to discuss your options.
If you would like to exchange your item please get in contact with us and we will confirm if the alternative item is available or not. If you have ordered the wrong product, contact us and we will see what we can do.
Some products will state that they cannot be returned, please be aware of these items.
Damaged, Lost or Defective products
If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came. Do not sign for the parcel from the courier company. Please contact us by phone or email and we will organise the return of the product for inspection and will endeavor to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
You must return to a Galluzzo’s Pharmacy store within 10 days any products that are damaged, or notify us of any lost or incomplete deliveries so that we can inspect the products or lay claim against the carrier. Failure to do so will result in the claim being declined.
Galluzzo’s Pharmacy reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion whether it will accept the return of any products for credit, repair or replacement. Galluzzo’s Pharmacy will not accept return of any product that has been tampered with, where the damage has resulted from misuse or incorrect storage by the customer or where the product is expressly sold on a no-returns basis. Where returned product is not accepted they will be returned to customer at the customer’s cost. Receipt by Galluzzo’s Pharmacy of returned product does not constitute acceptance for any purposes.
Typographical Errors
Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Galluzzo’s Pharmacy shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Galluzzo’s Pharmacy shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Galluzzo’s Pharmacy will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Limited Purchase
Galluzzo’s Pharmacy reserves the right to monitor and limit the purchase amounts and/or purchase frequency of products at its sole discretion. In particular, Galluzzo’s Pharmacy reserves the right to restrict sales to a non-commercial level at its sole discretion (including in respect of sales on a recurring basis). In such cases Galluzzo’s Pharmacy will reduce product(s) and/or order frequency to what Galluzzo’s Pharmacy considers a non-commercial supply. Any commercial supplies should be by request by email to info@galluzzoschemist.com.au .
Consumer laws
Where legally obligated, we will meet our obligations under all relevant consumer protection laws and any product which is faulty, damaged, or expired can be returned at any time for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
Purchases made on the Website shall be governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales and if there is any dispute you agree to submit to having the matter dealt with in a court in Sydney in the State of New South Wales, Australia or another Australian jurisdiction.
Where a product is eligible for a refund, we will endeavor to refund you within 10 working days.
