3 Medicated Pain Relieving Heat Patches (8cm x 13cm)
Please ensure the sachet is intact before first use
Adults and Children over 14 years: Take a patch out of the sachet.
Remove the polyethylene backing film. Apply the patch over the affected area, sticky side to skin. The self-adhesive nature of the patch will keep it in place. The number of patches required should be selected according to the area to be treated.
Up to two patches can be applied to the affected area, either once daily or twice daily (up to 4 daily).
Apply a fresh patch twice a day or once a day where sufficient relief of pain or symptoms is achieved. Remove the old patch before placing a new one on your skin.

Do not use on children under 14 years. Do not exceed the stated dose. If you use too many patches or a child under 14 applies one of the patches, talk to a doctor or hospital casualty department straight away. Take your patches with you. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
