- Rinse with 10-15 mL undiluted Cepacol mouthwash for 15 seconds after brushing and after meals. Expel the liquid.

- Gargle or rinse with 10-15 mL undiluted Cepacol mouthwash for 15 seconds. Expel the liquid.
Repeat every 2-3 hours as necessary.
